At East Wing Surgery we always try to provide the best service possible to all of our patients. However, if you feel that you are unhappy with the service you have received, please see our complaints leaflet below which gives you information on what to do next.

NHS Complaints Advocacy Service

The NHS Complaints Advocacy Service is a free and independent service that can help you make a complaint about a National Health Service (NHS).

The NHS Advocacy Service is free, independent and confidential and can help you to understand the NHS Complaints process and make a complaint about your issues. If you do not feel comfortable making a complaint by yourself, or you need support at any point during the complaints process, they can give you that support.

Opening times

The practice is open 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

When we are closed

If you need medical help, which is not an emergency dial 111. If it is a life-threatening emergency dial 999.
