In the waiting room
We always try to minimise the time you spend in the waiting room but some patients' appointments may take longer than the time allocated, so please be patient if there is some delay.
Text messaging service
If you have a mobile phone registered with us, we will send a text the day before your booked appointment. If you do not wish to receive text messages, please let the surgery know.
Home visits
If you feel you are unable to attend the surgery and require a home visit, please contact the surgery. We would like you to try and attend the surgery, if at all possible.
Home visits are for patients who are terminally ill, housebound and those who are physically unable to attend the surgery. However, all home visit requests are assessed by a Healthcare Professional.
Please try to contact the surgery before 10.00am, to book a home visit for that day.
